Imola, 24 April 2022 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN delivered a strong performance as the team capped off a successful weekend with a fine fifth place by Valtteri Bottas. Team-mate, Zhou Guanyu, fought well to recover from a pitlane start after yesterday’s retirement, and finished in 15th place.
Today, in occasion of the Imola stage of the Formula One World Championship, CEO of Stellantis, Carlos Tavares, arrived at the circuit driving the new Alfa Romeo Tonale, the first Alfa Romeo electrified compact SUV, marking the real Metamorphosis for the brand, while remaining faithful to its DNA of noble Italian sportsmanship since 1910.

Imola, 23 April 2022 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN brought home two points in the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix Sprint as Valtteri Bottas delivered a strong performance for P7. Team-mate, Zhou Guanyu, unfortunately fell victim of a first-lap collision that forced him to retire from the race.
Soon Tonale will debut on the road. We will see it whizzing along city streets with its distinctly Italian design. First, however, Alfa Romeo did not miss one of those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities: to speed along the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari circuit that this weekend will host the long-awaited Grand Prix in Imola. Behind the wheel obviously the two drivers Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu.

Melbourne, 10 April 2022 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN claimed four important points at the Australian Grand Prix, as Valtteri Bottas finished eighth at the end of a thrilling race. Team-mate, Zhou Guanyu, went close to making it a double-points finish as he pulled off a remarkable comeback to finish P11, just over two seconds away from the top ten.
Melbourne, 9 April 2022 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN qualified in P12 and P14 for the Australian Grand Prix, which will take place in Melbourne tomorrow. Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu delivered a solid performance around the Albert Park circuit and will be in the position to fight for another points finish as we go racing around the Australian track in Sunday’s showpiece event.
