Original 1965 “Conrero-Team” Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA 1600.



We would like to sell one of our 6 Alfa Romeo 1600 GTAs.The car is completly build up professionel better then new and has only run for about 40Kilometers on the road.Useable for all applications: Street or race.We have hundreds of pictures about the restoration.


With our knowledge of 42 years of “GTA Motorsport” we are able to equip the Car to any application that the customer prefers…Street/Race/Track/Rallye.
The engine could be build up to reliable 175HP!


The car is one of only 50 build “right hand drive” GTAs which were ever build!!!

Dear Mister Hesshaus,
With reference to your request we are informing you as follows.
According to our documentation files, the chassis number AR 752675 originally corresponds to an Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA RHD, manufactured on the 8th September 1965 and sold on the 31st August 1966 to Autotecnica Conrero, Moncalieri, Turin, Italy. The body colour is red, with black (“nero fumo”) skai interiors.

Then:

1966 = Painted up to Conrero Racing color “white” with “yellow” front it raced from 1966 till 1968
in the Touringcar Championship national and international Group 2 / 4 / 5 under Conrero “Jollyclub”.
1968 = Sold to Siegfried Köpcke and raced in Group 5 from 1968 till 1970.
1970 = Sold with damaged engine to the famous racing driver Dieter Machatius.
1970 = The 1600 class homologation ended and so the car was not driven for
about 2 years.
1972 = Sold to Hans – Peter Fleischer,which has “build it up for street driving”
with “normal street” engine.
1972 = Dec. 19 Bremen (D) (Registered HB-EW116) painted up to JPS black with gold stripes and
fitted roll bar but street used (we have this original “Autodelta” rollbar).
1976= May. 19 Hamburg (D) (Registered HB-EW116) to ( HH-JW106).
1977= Feb. 28 Bad Segeberg (D) (Registered HH-JW106) Schmalfeld,Kreis Bad Segeberg (D) to (SE-R982).
Aug. 25 Bad Segeberg (D) ( SE-R982).
After a long time of stagnate the car was sold to Thomas Pippon (Hannover).
1995= Sold from Thomas Pippon to Kurt Hesshaus.


From 1995 “restored” till 1997 by Hesshaus and from this point in our collection!
